Directions

For athletes foot, the recommended dose is 2 grams once daily on an empty stomach. You should use it on the feet only. If you have jock itch in arms or legs, treat the spread with 2 grams once daily. Do not use on fingers or toes. If you have ringworm, use 2 grams on each of the three legs.
